3 Weeks of Paid Time Off:

40 hours given after 90 days of full time employment

40 additional hours given after 1 year of full time employment (80 hours total)

Additional 8 hours of PTO given every year after year 2 up to 120 hours of PTO.

Homeway matches your contribution up to 3.5% of gross pay

100% match on the first 1% of your contribution and 50% match for the next 5% of your contribution.

2 year graduated vesting period; 50% after year 1 and 100% after year 2

Profit Sharing:
- Called “WagePlus” this is our production and quality bonus incentive program. Version 2.0 is now live - updated with improvements focused on the employee.
- Completed bonuses are paid each payroll period ( no waiting on quarterly or yearly numbers to come out )
- Exceed the reasonably set production goal while maintaining quality and receive a bonus on top of your wage.
